On February 5th, 2005, Geraldo Rivera conducted an intimate and revealing interview with Michael. Michael Jackson is under a court-imposed gag order and cannot talk about his child molestation trial. But Jackson, who hasn't spoken to the media since his indictment last year on the charges he's on trial for, got clearance to say a few things about the case in an interview with Fox News Channel correspondent Geraldo Rivera. Michael Jackson spoke about his alleged addiction to prescription drugs during video evidence taken during a lawsuit involving his ex manager Dieter Wiesner, it has been reported. Wienser had filed a £45million civil case, claiming fraud and breach of contract, according to The Sun. The date of video is unknown but in it he reportedly talks about how a doctor had prescribed medicine throughout 2003. Here’s Michael being interviewed by good friend Brett Ratner in 2003 before the stupid allegations. Brett Ratner (director of Rush Hour movies) was a dear friend of Michael, one day Brett asked Michael some questions as a friendly interview, which he videotaped, it was not an interview with commercial purposes, just a friendly interview, i must advert you that on the first 2 minutes of the video you wont see anything but a black screen BUT after 2 minutes the image of Michael speaking wearing a cap, (very casual dressed) appears. You will see a relaxed, normal Michael at around 2002 speaking about his tastes in music and different stuff, a really personal interview, by watching this you will get to know Michael's likes in music and entertainment, you will even get to know the posters of whom he would hang on his bedroom. In 2002, UK Journalist Martin Bashir, interviewed Michael Jackson over a period of 8 months. In February 2003, The finished product titled, Living With Michael Jackson went to air around the world. The result is simply sickening. The interview made Michael out to be a child molester and it seemed that Mr. Bashir didn't care about the truth, all he cared about was entertainment. Later that month, Michael made this documentary, which shows the uncut version of the Bashir interview which shows Mr. Bashir giving a different point of view. Watch this documentary, and then you be the judge. Michael shows images of his own camera man Hamid Moslehi privately. He states that he was not "secretly" videotaping the interviews, as was popularly believed. Living with Michael Jackson is a Granada Television documentary, in which British journalist Martin Bashir interviewed Michael Jackson over a span of eight months, from May 2002 to January 2003. It was shown first in the United Kingdom on ITV (as a Tonight special) on 3 February 2003 and in the United States three days later on ABC, introduced by Barbara Walters. Martin Bashir put the proposal to Jackson as a way to show the world the truth about him and "make nothing off limits." Jackson's decision to make the documentary was made on a suggestion by his close friend Uri Geller. It later emerged that Geller had turned down another 'bid' for the interview by journalist Louis Theroux. The interview was very unusual, as it had been extremely rare for Jackson to allow such access to his personal life, or to talk so freely about his traumatic childhood. Nevertheless, he did show some reserve when asked to discuss other personal issues, such as the plastic surgery he had allegedly had.
