In summer 1976, CBS television executive Fred Silverman signed the Jackson family (including Michael, Marlon, Tito, Jackie, Randy, Rebbie, LaToya, and Janet) to appear in their own variety show, to compete with ABC's The Osmonds.

The second series started begin 1977, eight episodes in totally.

The show was the first variety show hosted by an African American family and which are filled to the brim with sketches, dance and live performances of the hole family Jackson with each time another special guest.

Series 2, Episode 4. TV variety show featuring Johnny Dark and guest star, Betty White.

On February 9th 1977, Michael perform 'Dreamer'.
